1. Navigation:

   • Use the navigation bar on the top to move between major categories.

   • Click on the Search button to search this site for keywords.

   • Use the [Back] and [Next] buttons to move across the same level.   For instance click  [Next] to view the next item in that product group. 

   • In a page that has groups of products, use [Back] and [Next] to view the other group.

2. Selecting Items to Purchase:

   • When you find an item you want to purchase, select the desired options if available or accept the default choices.  Default choices correspond to the image shown in the catalog.

   • Choose the quantity you want. Some screens display more than one item.  To select items on these screens  click the "Buy" or "Add to Order" button for that item.
         * Your order page will appear allowing you to view and change your order.
         * Your order is not sent until you hit the "send Order secure button" and fill out the Order Information form
     

   • Select the "Buy" or "Add to shopping Cart" button to store your selections.  Your choices will be saved for 48 hours before being discarded. This allows you time to come back and finish your order if you are interrupted.

3. To Order by Fax or Mail

   • Click on the Order by fax Printable order form link at the top and bottom of any page.

   • Fill in your shipping and payment information

   • Browse to the items you want to order and fill in the item number, Product name or description, quantity, and price.

   • Calculate the total price and fax or mail in the form with your payment.

4. To Order by phone

   • Ordering by phone can be simple, easy and safe.  Here are a couple of suggestions to make the process easier.

     • Add the desired items to the shopping cart by clicking the Buy or Order buttons for the item(s).  Go to the view order page and call 1-800-340-5752.  The view order page has all the product information you need on one page to order by phone.

     • Or, pint out the fax order form and fill enter the items you wish to order.  Have this sheet ready when you call.  There is a link to the fax order form at the top of each page.

5. Buying on-line:
   When you click the "Buy" button, your pending order is displayed.

   • To continue shopping hit "click here to continue" at the bottom of the page or use your browser's back button.

   • To send your order, Carefully review your order and make any necessary changes.

   • Select the "send order secure" button.

   • Fill out all fields in the Customer Information and payment form.  If you elect to send check or money order, or if you choose to call to give credit card information, your order will not be sent until payment is received.

   • Select the "send order now" button to get a final look at your order, Customer information and total. If any of the information is incorrect hit the back button on your browser and correct it.

   • Select shipping method

   • Confirm and send your order by selecting the "Confirm Order" button.

   • You will get an email confirming your order
